Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying customer needs, promoting our web hosting solutions, and closing sales. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that help them achieve their online goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in person / virtual meetings.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable web hosting products and services.

• Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.

• Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

• Identify and target SMEs to drive sales of hosting, domain, and related services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing business clients.

• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through effective prospecting and closing strategies.

• Conduct needs analysis and deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements.

• Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently present services and solutions.

• Track and report sales activities through reporting to ensure pipeline visibility and accountability.

Requirements:

• Previous B2B sales experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the web hosting, technology, or SaaS industry.

• Strong understanding of web hosting solutions (e.g., shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, cloud hosting, etc.) preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver client-centric solutions.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the web hosting or technology sector.

• Knowledge of website management tools, domains, and web technologies (e.g., cPanel, WordPress, DNS, SSL).

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
