Job Description: As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content across various digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our online presence, enhancing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish compelling multimedia content (e.g., graphics, videos, blogs, and social media posts) aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.

• Manage and maintain all social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

• Create simple and visually appealing designs using Canva for social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

• Design engaging email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow audience engagement and increase brand awareness.

• Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing campaigns and product launches.

• Analyse content performance metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.

• Respond to audience comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

• Stay updated on industry developments to incorporate innovative content ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content creation abilities (e.g., social media posts, videos, blogs).

• Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.

• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
